The recent foray into public education reform from the core curriculum mandate and standardization test, the Child Absence Law, has signaled public education that policymakers are continuing their attacks on education again. Everything they did has resulted in an educational system that keeps our young people failing. From the Republican mainstream stance they made in issuing these powers of attorney, they literally pushed out the wrong attempt of the public throat to reform education. This is a political convenience. What all these obligations are doing is to keep abreast of the real fundamental problems facing education in this country. If education is run like a business, public schools today are far more accountable and structured. But, like everything else that our most amazing government officials have done, is to tax the toilet. On the other hand, our youth have a much lower level of education than the rest of the world.
Some recently said that teachers alone could not change the school situation. The only way to regain the advantages we had at the educational level that prevailed in the 1950s and early 1960s was the revolution. A closer look at today's American landscape shows that America is indeed destroyed. On the one hand, there are the richest few who rule very powerful politicians. These self-sufficient bureaucrats continue to overlook the apparent pain that most of the United States is wandering about. Then there is the majority of the population. Someday things will get better soon. Meanwhile, our youth, future generations of Americans, continue to suffer from failures in educational policy and the consequences of initiatives in educational policy. Decades before the late 1960s.
